Questions merchants ask

Does QueRank edit my theme?

No. Structured data is added through a theme app embed that you switch on. QueRank does not edit your theme files.

Can I undo changes?

Yes. Meta titles, descriptions, alt text, filenames, optimized images and automation changes can each be rolled back with one click. Other fields stay untouched.

Which AI does it use?

QueRank routes tasks between Google Gemini, OpenAI and Anthropic models. You always preview a suggestion before anything is written to your store.

Where does my data go?

Store data is kept on our servers in Germany. Our privacy policy lists every subprocessor and what they receive.

Do I need Google Search Console?

Only for Intelligence features like click loss and fix impact. Without it, QueRank simply shows no numbers there — never a fake zero.

What do I get on the Free plan?

A full-store SEO audit and score, AI meta titles and descriptions with preview and undo, core schema on your storefront, plus your AEO, GEO and agent-readiness scores. No card needed.

How does the trial work?

Every paid plan has a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

How do cancelling and refunds work?

Billing runs through your Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime from Shopify; see our refund policy for details.
